As we prepare to deliver the final year of the Te Tai Tokerau Tamariki Wellbeing Project, sponsored by Rotary in Te Tai Tokerau from 2023 -2025, We are excited to offer two tailored training sessions for educators in Te Tai Tokerau and schools that have previously been part of the program.

These sessions are designed to equip your team with the tools and resources to continue to incorporate the Think and Be Me program in your school

Introductory Training

Ideal for new teachers or staff who have recently joined your school.

Bring your new team members up to speed with this comprehensive introduction to Think and Be Me. This session will:

  • Provide an overview of the program’s philosophy and impact.
  • Introduce our beloved characters—Cool Cat, Angry Dragon, and Worry Watchdog—and their role in teaching emotional regulation.
  • Offer practical guidance on integrating the tools and resources into your classroom.
  • Include hands-on activities and tips to ensure a smooth implementation.

This training ensures everyone on your team is equipped to deliver the program effectively, maintaining a consistent approach to tamariki wellbeing across your school.

Refresher Training

This training is your opportunity to:

We also offer schools the chance to host a Think and Be Me School Show at a reduced or co-funded cost.
