UNLOCKING THE POWER OF THE BIRD PROFILE: ENHANCING SELF-AWARENESS AND CLASSROOM DYNAMICS

This interactive workshop introduces the Take Flight Learning Bird Profiles (Eagle, Parrot, Dove, Owl), designed to enhance self-awareness, strengthen team dynamics, and improve student support.

  • Introduction to Bird Profiles: Understand the core traits of each Bird Profile and how these manifest in both adults and children.
  • Self-Reflection and Insights: Complete your Bird Profile exercise, discuss how it relates to your strengths and stressors, and apply these insights to your teaching style.
  • Application in the Classroom: Roleplay and group discussions help you recognize these profiles in students, enabling you to adapt teaching styles and behavior management techniques effectively.
